1. Please be sure to unpack and inspect the goods when they are received. If you find that the goods are damaged, the goods are short or wrong, and the goods have surface quality problems when you inspect the goods, you will ask the delivery personnel to reject the entire parcel after pointing out. For products that have a plastic package or an out-of-the-box sticker, if you have opened the plastic package or torn the sticker out of the box, it cannot be rejected, except for the shortage of goods or errors and the presence of surface quality problems.
2. If you confirm the name, quantity, price and other information of the goods after acceptance of the goods, if the goods are in good condition and the goods are not scratched or damaged, please sign and confirm at the front customer signing office. The signature of you or your consignee indicates that you have confirmed that the above information is correct, and you have the right not to accept the return on this basis.
3. After signing the goods, if the goods have quality problems, please contact the customer service center.
4. If you selected “Require invoice” when placing your order, please check carefully whether the invoice is delivered with the goods. If you have not received the invoice, please contact the customer service center.
Note: There are individual distributors who require payment in order to open the box. In this case, please check the outer packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please indicate on the invoice.
